Evaluating and adapting practice

 PART 3: Evaluating and adapting practice are so key to being an effective teacher! This requires both reflection and knowing the research of best practice. In PART 3 of your RETROSPECTIVE PROJECT LOG, write a minimum of 5 paragraphs describing at least 5 practices (one practice per paragraph) which you have either engaged in within the classroom or assumed you would practice but have re-evaluated based on readings, research and/or observations of experienced educators. For each practice, describe the behavior before, the research or observed results that indicate this behavior should be re-evaluated, and your proposed changes. The research does not have to come from this course.
