A requirement for accepting innovation as essential component of an organizational culture is the ability to accept and manage change. With that in mind, define “change” and then explain the benefits of managing change.
As a follow-up, Chapter #5 of the change book focuses on the basic categories of human response to change. Identify these four categories and discuss why it is important for managers to be sensitive to each group as an organization embraces change and innovation.
